Twisted sister pattern

Oh what choices...........  I decided to try my hand at some bright colorful batiks
I tried using all different fabrics to make it look scrappy, but......WOW.....it was a jumble mess, so I went with a light batik and used it on all the background.  Using the same fabric for the background help the eye a bit.  I left nothing to waste, I even threw in a few with a wedge of different colors making the block have 4 different fabrics, but it really isn't that noticeable.  I have about 12 more blocks to make and then I am on the the borders!  This is a fun and fairly easy pattern.

  2. Now I see what you were trying to tell me! But what fun to see all the fabrics together. Yes, it will be a challenge to find a border fabric. It's lovely!!
